Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred; full-cycle closers are welcome.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication; ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and managing your own pipeline (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
