The role requires a seasoned project/infrastructure finance professional who can develop bankable financing structures capable of attracting capital and progressing towards financial close, with hands-on experience in PPPs, limited-recourse finance, and complex debt/equity structures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
- 8+ years' experience in Project Finance / Infrastructure Finance.
- Experience structuring infrastructure transactions and progressing to financial close.
- Strong understanding of limited-recourse project finance and risk allocation.
- Ability to translate financial models into financing structures.
