Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer with proven experience in the shipping and logistics sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems that support shipping operations, trade documentation, and logistics processes. Key Responsibilities

• Systems Administration & Support
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and databases.
• Provide technical support for shipping management systems, ERP platforms, and logistics software.
• Ensure system uptime, reliability, and security across all IT operations.

• Implement and support shipping-specific applications such as cargo tracking, vessel scheduling, and customs clearance systems.
• Integrate IT solutions with port authorities, freight forwarders, and trade partners.
• Optimize electronic data interchange (EDI) processes for trade documentation and compliance.
• Cybersecurity & Governance
• Safeguard sensitive shipping and trade data through robust cybersecurity measures.
