Job summary

LabourNet is seeking an Information Compliance Consultant to assist clients in implementing POPIA, PAIA and CPA compliance and to support day-to-day compliance queries. You will maintain strong client relationships and stay updated on relevant legislation to drive best practices.

You will engaged with the Information Regulator as required, handle client queries, and contribute to a culture of excellence in compliance across engagements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ previous experience in business compliance, POPIA, PAIA or CPA
• A relevant Level 6 Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Risk Management / Compliance / Legal or Industrial Relations/Business/Human Resource
• 2 years’ experience in an administration role
• Working knowledge of POPIA & PAIA would be advantageous
• Experience in implementing compliance would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationship with clients to ensure retention
• Implementation of POPIA, PAIA and CPA compliance
• Engagement with the Information Regulator as and when required
• Keeping abreast of current industry, legislative and client-related knowledge in line with POPIA, PAIA and other relevant legislation

We are currently looking for an Information Compliance Consultantto assist clients in implementing POPIA, PAIA and CPA compliance,providing support for day-to-day compliancerelated queries and maintaining a solid relationship with clients.

You are responsible for

Inclusive of, but not limited to:

• Maintain relationship with clients to ensure retention
• Implementation of POPIA, PAIA and CPA compliance
• Engagement with the Information Regulator as and when required
