Qualifications

• Qualification in Early Childhood Development or Infant Care required.
• Demonstrated experience working with infants in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of infant care practices, safety protocols and milestones.
• Excellent observational skills and ability to document progress accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and patience.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification with infant resuscitation training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a thorough background check.
• Passion for positive early childhood development in Rustenburg.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision for infants, ensuring safety and well-being.
