About the Role

Our client, a leading installer of commercial and industrial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Solar PV Installer for their operations in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. This hands‑on role is crucial for the safe and efficient installation of large‑scale solar projects on rooftops and ground‑mount structures. You will work as part of a dedicated installation team, responsible for the physical mounting of solar panels, electrical wiring, and ensuring all installations meet stringent quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, inverters, mounting hardware, and related electrical components on commercial and industrial rooftops and ground structures.
• Perform electrical wiring and connections according to design specifications, electrical codes, and safety standards.
• Ensure all installations are secure, weatherproof, and compliant with engineering plans.
• Conduct pre‑installation site assessments and assist with post‑installation inspections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation‑related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and site‑specific safety plans.
• Work collaboratively with team members, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
