Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Implement and refine production processes using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and increase throughput.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all production activities.
• Provide technical support and resolve operational challenges on the shop floor in real time.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure products meet standards and specs.

About the Role

You will work hands-on with the production floor, collaborating with operators and supervisors to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for efficiency improvements.
• Implement and refine production processes using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to reduce waste and enhance throughput.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.
• Work closely with the production team to provide technical support and resolve operational challenges in real-time.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance department to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new production equipment or process upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
