Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in process engineering with focus on quality systems and automation.
• Strong understanding of SPC, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Train production staff on new processes and quality control procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on quality systems and automation.
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems is a significant advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
