Job summary

Raubex is seeking an experienced Millwright for our Estcourt maintenance team. The role focuses on reliable operation, installation, fault-finding and repair of plant equipment to minimise downtime and optimise performance.

The candidate will travel to other regional sites for technical support, carrying out preventive maintenance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep critical machinery running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Millwright with minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Hands-on maintenance experience in industrial equipment and machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings or schematics
• Valid driver’s license and computer literacy (MS Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Strong problem-solving and administrative skills
• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety practices

Responsibilities

• Install and align industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform corrective maintenance
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines
• Use precision tools and equipment
• Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols
