Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Junior Industrial Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing and supply chain environment where you will turn data into insights across the entire value chain.

You will analyse processes from raw materials through production, WIP, finished goods and dispatch, using data, process analysis and problem-solving to improve operation performance. If you're analytical, curious and driven, this could be the role for you.

Qualifications

• BEng/BTech/BSc in Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or food production environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MES systems and production/stock reporting (Syspro experience not required).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning); exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools advantageous.
• Understanding of end-to-end production and supply chain processes: receiving, production, WIP, warehousing and dispatch.
• Working knowledge of mass balance / yield reconciliation principles in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid driver's license and own transport, given multi-site travel requirements.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days buried in spreadsheets with no idea what happens on the factory floor. Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
