Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on productivity enhancement and operational efficiency.
• Proven experience with lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in the mining or heavy industry sector is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects and deliver results within defined timelines.
