Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and simulation software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively on the shop floor and with management.
• Familiarity with CAD software is advantageous.
