Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years in industrial engineering/operations in manufacturing
• Strong Lean Manufacturing knowledge (5S, Kaizen, VSM)
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping and simulation tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• ERP experience is advantageous
• Ability to work hands-on in a production environment
• Knowledge of Soweto manufacturing landscape is beneficial

• Analyze current production processes and identify efficiency improvements.

• Conduct time/motion/work sampling studies to boost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
