The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and strong lean, data-analysis and problem-solving skills. You will collaborate with production teams, develop SOPs, and support continuous improvement

This role is integral to optimizing the daily functioning of the plant, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and quality in production processes. You will be responsible for analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing practical solutions to enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in industrial engineering principles and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, contributing to the company's success in the Northern Cape region.
