Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer for our Paarl facility to drive operational excellence. You will analyze production systems, identify inefficiencies, and lead projects to implement best practices in manufacturing and workflow management.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering with 3–5 years of experience, solid Lean experience, and strong data analysis skills. You will work closely with plant personnel to boost productivity, quality, and cost performance.
