Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Industrial Engineer for our Mahikeng site to focus on facilities planning and layout design. You will analyze existing layouts, identify improvements, and design new configurations to support production and operational goals.

This on-site role requires hands-on collaboration with operations, maintenance, and safety teams, use of CAD and simulation tools, and a strong emphasis on lean principles to enhance space utilization, material flow, and workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in facilities planning, layout design, and capacity analysis in an industrial setting.
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to facility design.
