Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily cleaning tasks for all areas of the facility, including warehouses, offices, and common spaces.
• Supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
• Oversee waste management operations, including collection, segregation, and disposal, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas requiring attention and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Respond promptly to cleaning needs and spills, ensuring immediate and effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supply usage, and waste disposal.
• Ensure the safe use and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment by staff, providing training as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to address specific hygiene requirements or concerns.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs related to cleaning and sanitation.
