Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning operations management, quality assurance, or auditing, preferably across multiple sites.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning standards, techniques, and best practices in commercial, industrial, or healthcare environments.
• Proven experience in developing audit tools and conducting quality assessments.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey feedback clearly and professionally in a remote setting.
