Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in industrial automation, including PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI development, and robotics.
• Proficiency in programming languages and automation software.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control theory.
• Experience with SCADA systems and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management principles is an asset.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, with some on-site presence required in Polokwane.
