Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business admin or related field.
• Proven experience as Procurement Manager or senior indirect procurement role.
• Strong negotiation, analytics and supplier management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing for indirect spend categories.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers for services and indirect materials.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and foster partnerships.
• Analyze spending patterns to identify cost reductions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing and Facilities to gather procurement needs.
