Responsibilities

• Provide shop teller and sales operation services as an independent contractor.
• Manage daily retail and wholesale sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Deliver customer service in a professional and commercially reasonable manner to retail and wholesale clients.
• Operate and manage sales processes for walk-in retail and wholesale order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update stock records based on sales, inventory movement and stock receipt.
• Handle shipping, delivery coordination, and receipt of goods for retail and wholesale orders.
• Use the CRM system to record operational activities, sales data, and inventory updates.
• Provide service coverage across multiple shop locations in Johannesburg and Pretoria as needed.
