Job summary

Smollan Activation in South Africa is seeking a role to create and increase brand awareness through maintaining pricing, shelf health, promotions and strong customer and client relationships.

Key responsibilities include ensuring product availability, managing stock, supporting promotions, administrative tasks, and delivering excellent customer service to drive client satisfaction and sales growth.

• Ensure product availability.
• Check for expired and damaged stock.

• Complete reports timeously.
• Manage assets and equipment (e.g. coolers, etc.).
• Complete necessary documentation when required.
• Gather feedback from customer complaints, queries and requests and ensure resolution.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained.
