Role Description The Incentives Travel Junior Programme Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Steenberg, Cape Town Southern Suburbs. This role supports the planning and execution of incentive and corporate travel programs, including researching destinations, preparing proposals, and building detailed itineraries. The Junior Programme Manager coordinates with suppliers such as hotels, lodges, and activity providers to secure bookings, negotiate rates, and manage logistics. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, handling booking amendments, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all program elements meet quality and budget requirements. The role also involves assisting with on-the-ground arrangements, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with senior team members to deliver seamless, memorable travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in travel planning, itinerary design, and incentive or corporate travel programs.
• Skills in client communication, relationship management, and professional correspondence.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, time management, and document handling.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple suppliers, manage logistics, and resolve operational challenges.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, booking systems); experience with travel or CRM tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of international destinations and products is beneficial.
• Relevant qualification or diploma in tourism, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Cape Town and handle occasional extended hours during peak periods.
