The successful candidate will drive sales performance, provide exceptional customer service, and motivate the team. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high standards of store presentation. The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate, strong computer skills, and at least 5 years of management experience. Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years' management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and own transport.
• Basic HR knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Allocate sales targets and ensure team performance meets or exceeds expectations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
• Lead, motivate, mentor, and develop the store team.
