Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
• Matric certificate.
• NQF LEVEL 4.
• AGE 18/29.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in engaging with customers and identifying their needs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
• Basic numeracy and comfort handling cash or point-of-sale systems.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Drive sales by promoting products, upselling where appropriate, and supporting team sales targets
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic complaints with professionalism
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed correctly
• Monitor stock levels and report low or missing inventory

• Support opening and closing procedures as needed
