Job summary

ACDC Express in Rustenburg is seeking a motivated Internal Sales person to help customers in-store, prepare quotations, process orders, and provide technical product advice.

You will drive sales while delivering excellent service, build lasting customer relationships, and support daily store operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in internal or retail sales, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a valid Code B licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in internal sales or retail sales.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Valid Code B driver's license and own transport advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and offer advice.
• Generate quotations and follow up on quotes.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-store.
• Promote products, specials and campaigns.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Process returns and exchanges per procedures.
• Perform daily cash-ups and balance transactions.
• Assist with stock receiving and store operations when required.
