Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a Cosmetic Consultant at our Pavilion store to promote and sell cosmetics and beauty products. You will deliver high-quality customer service, demonstrate products, and drive store sales while maintaining stock and visual displays.

Essential requirements include Grade 12, retail sales experience, and computer literacy, with advantageous experience in cosmetics or fragrance. Willingness to work retail hours is needed.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Computer literate and able to use POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Dis-Chem cosmetic and beauty products with excellent customer service.
• Escalate serious customer complaints to the manager.
• Demonstrate products through makeovers, demonstrations and promotions.
• Manage stock levels and report short/damaged/expired stock.
