Job summary

Dis-Chem Pharmacies Willowbridge store seeks a Cosmetic Manager to drive the cosmetics and beauty category, delivering excellent customer service and promoting products. You will oversee staff, ensure effective merchandising, stock control, and training, and coordinate promotions in collaboration with the store team.

Valid Grade 12 and cosmetics retail experience are required. Remuneration includes market-related salary with Medical Aid, Provident Fund and Staff Account benefits.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics or beauty retail experience required.
• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric.
• Supervisory experience of about 7 staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support sales staff under Store Manager guidance.
• Allocate consultants to cosmetics and beauty categories.
• Ensure staff training and collect feedback.
• Maintain adequate staffing on the floor.
• Oversee stock planning and collaborate with warehouse.
• Address customer compliments and complaints.
• Maintain displays and plan monthly promotions.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of products and brands.
