The Legends Agency seeks a Marketing Manager / Junior CMO to own and grow the in-house marketing ecosystem for a healthcare clinics portfolio and an electronic health records software product.

Responsibilities include strategising, launching and managing end-to-end campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing and LinkedIn outreach, while leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and reduce CPA. The role offers a growth path into a Chief Marketing Officer position.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on marketing with direct campaign results.
• Strong portfolio of multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, email and social ads.
• Experience in a fast-moving marketing environment and team collaboration.
• Technical proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and AI-powered optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the in-house marketing engine across the portfolio.
• Take full ownership of the marketing ecosystem and internal function.
• Strategise and launch end-to-end GTM campaigns across multiple channels.
• Execute campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Mentor a growing marketing team as the business expands.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and optimise CPA.
