Qualifications

• Must have a SA-registered LLB and be admitted as an attorney or advocate.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification legal experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legislation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory compliance for financial services, including POPIA and FICA.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, service and vendor agreements.
• Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
