Placements24 in Rustenburg is seeking an in-house Legal Advisor to join our client’s growing team. You will provide practical legal support for commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management, collaborating with multiple departments to enable sound business decisions.

Admitted Attorney with 6+ years’ experience, preferably in-house, is required. You will monitor legislation changes, advise on governance, and coordinate with external counsel when needed.

Competenze

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 6 years' experience, preferably in-house or with commercial exposure.
• Strong knowledge of South African contract law and corporate governance.
• Proven ability to provide practical legal advice to non-legal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong communication.
