• Minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience with a focus on compliance or regulatory law.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance framework and policies.
• Monitor changes in legislation and regulations and advise on impact.
• Conduct compliance training for employees across departments.
• Investigate potential compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
