Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with a minimum of 8 years of experience, specializing in compliance, risk management, or corporate governance.
• Strong understanding of South African regulatory frameworks relevant to the company's industry.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and a proven ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities
