Placements24 is seeking a Senior Strategy and Operations Consultant to join a respected management consultancy in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will partner with clients to solve critical strategic and operational challenges, lead teams, and deliver actionable recommendations with on-site implementation oversight.

The role requires 5+ years in strategy and operations consulting, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant consulting experience, with a focus on strategy and operations.
• Proven track record in leading complex strategy and operations improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with supply chain optimization, process re-engineering, and performance management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
• Experience working with clients in the KwaZulu-Natal region is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Richards Bay and surrounding areas as needed.

Responsibilities
