• Outstanding academic results.
• University degree or equivalent with strong emphasis on quantitative skills.
• MBA would be an advantage.

• Demonstrated passion for results and ability to meet tough targets under pressure.
• Excellent problem solving, ability to structure work and ask the right questions to get to root causes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coach, influence and build trust with senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts to ensure engagement delivery and client management.
• Drive end-to-end engagements across business improvement, strategic sourcing, portfolio optimization and due diligence.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver results and manage client expectations and deadlines.
• Contribute new ideas and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within a structured, global firm.
