Job summary

Accenture, in partnership with Partners in Performance, seeks a Senior Manager to lead engagements across business improvement, sourcing and capital optimization. You will guide delivery teams, coordinate with client partners, and ensure end-to-end project outcomes.

You will mentor Senior Associates, Associates and Business Analysts, applying strong quantitative and analytical skills to complex commercial challenges.

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic results.
• Strong emphasis on quantitative skills across engineering, commerce/economics and mathematics/science.
• MBA would be an advantage.
• Double degrees and postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.
• Demonstrated passion for results and ability to meet tough targets under pressure.
• Excellent problem solving, structuring work and prioritising to get to root causes.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and ensure end-to-end delivery with client partners.
• Coach and manage a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts.
