Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in Limpopo to advance program impact through robust M&E design, data collection, and reporting. You will design frameworks, analyze data, and share actionable insights with program teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in M&E, strong skills in SPSS/R/Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication in English. A collaborative, data-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in non-profit or development sector.
• Experience in designing M&E frameworks and tools.
• Strong data analysis skills with SPSS, R and Excel.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine monitoring and evaluation plans and tools for various programs.
• Collect, manage, and analyze program data to assess progress and impact.
• Conduct field visits to gather qualitative and quantitative data from project sites.
• Prepare regular M&E reports, including findings, recommendations, and lessons learned.
• Provide technical assistance and training to program staff on M&E best practices.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the M&E process.
