Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of compliance legislation and regulatory frameworks (not limited to FICA, FAIS, POPI, PAIA, NCA).
• Report writing and analytical skills.
• Process and control evaluation.
• Issue tracking and remediation oversight.
• Data privacy knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and compliance tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and internal policies.
• Identify non-compliance or control weaknesses and report to management.
• Support development and updating of compliance policies, risk assessments and procedures.
• Collaborate with Compliance Monitoring Manager to improve controls.
