• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on affordable or social housing.
• Strong understanding of affordable housing policies, regulations, and funding models.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for affordable housing projects from concept to completion.
• Develop innovative and cost-effective housing typologies and site plans.
• Ensure designs comply with affordable housing standards, building codes, and funding requirements.
• Collaborate with community stakeholders, government agencies, and development partners.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Liaise with contractors and consultants to ensure quality and cost control during construction.
