Job summary

Love Justice International is seeking an Anti-Trafficking Coordinator & Office Manager for the Umhlali, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa location. The role combines project coordination for anti-trafficking initiatives with day-to-day office management, reporting to senior leadership and the Chief of Staff.

The ideal candidate will have a mature Christian faith, at least a bachelor's degree in a related field, and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 2+ years of project coordination/administration/office management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to run local errands.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to senior leaders (approximately 40%).
• Manage travel, visas, per diems, and expenses for multi-country field work.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and project tasks in ClickUp.
• Coordinate workshops, training, and events (logistics, materials, budget, travel).
• Support staff recruitment/onboarding logistics and grant reporting.
• Oversee office operations, budgets, vendor relationships, and travel arrangements.
• Support prayer meetings, staff care, and team culture initiatives.
