Job summary

Love Justice International is seeking an Anti-Trafficking Field Officer based in Ballito, South Africa. You will install core processes, monitor compliance, and train partner staff across Africa and Asia to maximize mission impact.

You’ll advance justice, support anti-trafficking programs, and contribute to field operations aligned with our Christian values. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 3+ years in relevant fields, and strong French skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of how Gospel ministers to the least of these and guides our mission.
• Agreement with our Statement of Faith.
• Passion for justice and advocacy for vulnerable populations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in relevant fields (business, finance, accounting, legal, data analysis, security, HR, or human assessments); trainer preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in French is essential.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-culturally; travel ~1 week every 6 weeks.
• AI proficiency to improve work using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Core Process Installation with Leads and Regional Stewards.
• Travel for field trainings occasionally.
• Assist in tracking compliance after installation.
• Provide follow-up training to ensure partner understanding.
• Support anti-trafficking pilot projects and tailor to local needs.
