Allan Gray Proprietary Limited in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow and maintain a panel of Financial Advisers. You will report to the Regional Manager and drive growth through marketing, service delivery and knowledge of Allan Gray’s philosophy and platform.

The role focuses on building relationships, delivering sales targets, training IFAs, coordinating presentations, and ensuring service excellence while aligning with Allan Gray values.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with IFAs and support staff.
• Grow business flows from IFA panels for Allan Gray Manco and Platform.
• Deliver against sales targets.
• Promote Allan Gray products and services.
• Train IFAs and staff on Allan Gray systems.
• Coordinate IFA presentations and events.
• Maintain records of IFA practice information.
• Develop and execute annual business plans.
• Manage IFA and client queries.
• Track new business, assets under management, and requirements; report progress.
• Escalate incidents affecting Allan Gray values.
• Arrange Regional Manager visits to IFAs.
• Ensure cost-efficient panel operations.
• Liaise with Allan Gray head office divisions.
• Maintain portfolio of evidence for annual assessment.
