Job summary

Stor-Age Property REIT Limited seeks an experienced ICT Operations Manager to lead the delivery of both physical and virtual infrastructure and the ICT service desk. The role focuses on reliable, secure, and efficient services aligned with business needs and SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have an ICT degree (NQF 7), senior infrastructure and cloud experience, and strong leadership in managing teams, processes, and vendor relationships. On-site Pretoria-based role with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• ICT degree (NQF 7) is required.
• CRISC or CGEIT or Microsoft Certifications (Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are required.
• 8+ years ICT infrastructure planning, development, operations and data management experience.
• 3+ years managerial/supervisory experience within ICT operations.
• 4+ years of experience implementing ICT processes, policies and procedures within ICT operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT operations (data centres, servers, storage and core software) ensuring availability, performance and security.
• Oversee ICT service desk and provide technical support to users, handling escalated issues.
• Develop and implement ICT operation policies, standards and security/encryption requirements.
• Oversee ICT procurement, vendor contracts and SLAs, ensuring cost-effective technology solutions.
• Manage and oversee ICT projects, disaster recovery and data backup systems.
