Job summary

Financial Intelligence Centre is seeking an experienced ICT Operations Manager to lead the delivery of ICT infrastructure, service desk support, and policy adherence. You will manage data centres, security, disaster recovery, and vendor contracts to align with business needs.

Responsibilities include guiding the ICT operations team, overseeing budgeting and resource planning, and ensuring compliance with IT governance frameworks. Travel is required to support cross-site operations.

Qualifications

Must have CRISC or CGEIT certification or equivalent.
Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are required.
ITIL v3/4 Foundation or COBIT 5/2019 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee ICT operations including data centres, servers, storage, and core software services.
Lead the ICT service desk to ensure reliable support and issue resolution.
Develop and enforce ICT operation and service desk policies, standards and security controls.
Plan ICT procurement in line with policies and cost-effective strategies.
Manage ICT vendors, contracts, SLAs and ICT projects.
Ensure disaster recovery and data backup systems are configured and tested.
Direct and mentor the ICT operations team and support career development.
Monitor resources and budget for ICT operations and reporting.
