Job summary

Reverside is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to join the Identity & Access Platforms team in Johannesburg. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, securing, and operating identity governance and access management platforms across the organisation.

You will manage Active Directory, implement SAML/OpenID Connect, and support Keycloak/Entra ID for secure identity services. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AD administration, strong IAM knowledge, and hands-on AWS/Azure experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Active Directory administration and support.
• Experience with IAM, authentication protocols, and identity services.
• Knowledge of SAML and OpenID Connect is desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and identity providers like Keycloak/Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory and identity platforms.
• Implement and maintain authentication protocols (SAML, OpenID Connect).
• Support identity providers such as Keycloak and Entra ID.
• Ensure secure integration and operation of identity services.
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access-related issues.
• Apply IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and least-privilege principles.
• Collaborate with security teams to support business objectives.
• Support hybrid infrastructure, cloud platforms, and operating systems.
