Job summary

Supreme Processing is seeking a Hygiene Monitor in the Quality department based in Centurion, Gauteng. The role focuses on monitoring and controlling hygiene standards and procedures throughout the plant. The successful candidate will report to the Quality Head of department.

This full-time, permanent position follows a 3-month probation. Nation-wide oversight for SHERQ activities is implied in the description. Experience in hygiene and QA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong hygiene/compliance mindset.
• Experience in QA/QC or hygiene monitoring desirable.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce hygiene standards and procedures in the plant.
• Report deviations to Quality Head and support corrective actions.
• Maintain records and assist in audits and SHERQ requirements.
