Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehousing best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts and overstocking.
• Oversee the implementation and utilization of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Ensure the security of the warehouse and all inventory within.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics (e.g., pick accuracy, on-time shipments) and implement improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, if applicable.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the Kimberley facility.
