Qualifications

Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar retail role.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory and spatial arrangement.
Excellent creativity, artistic ability and attention to detail.
Proficiency with design software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Design and execute visually appealing product displays and store layouts according to brand guidelines.
Create compelling window displays and in-store signage to attract customer attention.
Ensure all visual merchandising elements are current, clean, and effectively presented.
Collaborate with store teams to implement and maintain merchandising standards during store visits.
Monitor inventory levels and advise on product placement to maximize sales potential.
Stay informed about fashion trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices in visual merchandising.
