Qualifications

Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in academic library management.

Responsibilities

Oversee strategic planning, development and management of all library collections (physical and digital).
Lead and mentor library staff, fostering a collaborative, service‑oriented environment.
Manage the library budget for acquisitions, technology and services.
Develop and implement innovative library services and programs supporting the university's mission.
Promote library resources and services to the university community to enhance research and learning.
