Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in telecommunications systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP), VoIP, and cellular technologies (4G/5G).
• Experience with network management and monitoring tools.
• CCNA/CCNP or JNCIS certifications are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy telecommunications systems, including voice, data, and video networks.
• Develop technical specifications and system architecture documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the telecommunications infrastructure.
• Perform system testing, integration, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network operations, IT, and product development.
• Ensure the security and integrity of telecommunications systems.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
